Baldwin BBQ »We travel across Alberta to bring our food to as many people as possible.
We specialize in Stampede BBQs, fundraisers, charity and non-profit events, weddings, anniversaries, banquets, school BBQs, backyard BBQs, corporate events, honky tonks, barn burners – you get the idea! We can do small, intimate events AND giant parties.
No group is too big or too small – wherever you need us to be, we’ll be there!

Menu
Our catering menu is completely customizable. Pick one, two, or more of your favorite mains, sides, and your preferred cooking method. We do bring an array of house made sauces and fixings. We also provide disposable dinnerware, flatware, and serviettes.

Service
All cooking can be done on site. We’ll bring our BBQ to wherever you need us to be! We also have portable grills, fryers, stove tops, burners, and smokers. Most, if not all, cooking is done outside; we set up our own canopies and serving tables, including tablecloths, chafers, and utensils.
When we say we love to cook, we mean it! Snow, rain, or shine, we’ll be outside cooking! If you prefer the indoors, we’re happy to serve you inside.
